Refund Policy

1. Overview

PixiAI subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled for your subscription.

Payments and billing are handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. For any billing or refund-related inquiries, please contact our team at support@pixiai.app.

2. Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Renewal payments are charged to the payment method on file, and access to PixiAI Pro features continues through each paid period.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, refunds are not normally provided unless required by law or due to a billing error.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PixiAI account dashboard or your account settings. Please cancel before the next billing date to prevent further charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

We honor refund requests submitted within 7 days of the charge in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments: You were charged more than once for the same billing period or renewed unintentionally.
  • Technical access issues: You were unable to access PixiAI Pro features due to a verified technical problem that we could not resolve promptly.
  • Billing errors: Incorrect amounts or other payment issues caused by processing errors.

Refund requests falling outside these circumstances are evaluated at our discretion and may be declined.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content when the service is functioning as described
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Partial month or partial term usage
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@pixiai.app within 7 days of the charge.

  • Include the email address associated with your PixiAI account
  • Provide the Stripe receipt or order reference number
  • Describe the reason for your refund request and any troubleshooting steps you have taken

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may request additional details to investigate and resolve your case.
